  • Any textual comments, notes, or remarks added to attendance records or related entries by employees or administrators.
  • Details submitted for leave applications or absence requests through the system.

c. Device & Usage

  • Technical information about the device used to access 1OPS, including IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type.
  • Usage data, such as access times, features used within the application, and interaction patterns, to help us understand how the service is utilized.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the 1OPS attendance management service, enabling employers to track and manage employee attendance efficiently.
  • To monitor and analyze usage and trends, allowing us to improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of our application.
